Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, you may return it.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you're returning your order, and a further 14 days to send it back. We refund the full price you paid (including original outbound standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

What can be returned

  • Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached, in resalable condition.
  • Original packaging preserved where possible (the box and any garment bags).

What can't be returned

  • Made-to-order pieces — couture, embroidered or monogrammed items personalised to you. These are clearly marked "Made to order" on the product page.
  • Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where a seal has been broken.

How to return

Sign in, go to My Account → Orders → Return, follow the steps. Or email support@orchardcouture.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. Return postage is arranged with you; we cover it where the piece arrived damaged or differs from its description.

Faulty or not as described

If a piece arrives damaged, missing parts, or differs materially from the listing, contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund including original delivery and return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days (usually within 5 working days).
